Heavy bag workouts are among the many reasons why an mma workout kills the standard issue workout routine. This equipment is the crowning glory of every mma gym and completes that sweet smell of leather that’s ubiquitous all throughout the place. This legendary piece of equipment has been incorporated with many fitness programs out there, then again, why wouldn’t it be?
