This is a steel dummy with movable arms and collapsible legs and a twisting torso and it even can be used in semi taken downs. I just took my first White Belt test and I could have never got this much training in this fast . I keep asking Santa for a Grappling Dummy but... well, I still don't have one. I know a guy who used to make them custom. He's moved to China, so maybe he'll start mass producing them. I asked him for one, but.. well I guess my delusions of celebrity are mine alone and didn't really impress him that much.
